Warehouse Pickup

Warehouse Pickups are available once again!  Please visit www.hanovercandlesupply.com to place your pickup order.

Note that our procedures have changed. When you arrive to pickup your order, please follow the signs to the customer pickup area.

If you live in Pennsylvania, you will see an option to select "Warehouse Pickup" in the shipping section of your order. Please note that if you need to add additional items, you will need to place another order. Orders for Warehouse Pickup require 2 hours after the order is placed before they will be ready.

Pickup hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. 

If you live in a different state and would like to pick up your order at our Pennsylvania warehouse, please use the following as your shipping address:

Then you will see the option for "Warehouse Pickup" in the shipping section of your order. Please note that if you are picking up your order and do not have a current Pennsylvania Tax Exempt form (rev 1220) on file with us, you will be charged Pennsylvania Sales Tax. 

Warehouse Pickup Policy

To ensure that we can service all customers effectively, please note the following policies regarding Warehouse Pickup.

  1. Pickup is available from 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday
  2. There is a 2-hour lead time before your order is ready.
  3. You will receive an email saying that your order “is ready for pickup” to let you know that it is ready for pickup.  Please do not come to pick your order up until you receive this email.
  4. We are not able to add to your order when you arrive.  A new order will need to be placed and the normal lead times will apply.
