The candle wick is one of the most important parts of a candle. The wrong wick can cause smoking, uneven burn, poor scent throw and fire or worse. There is no substitute for testing when selecting a wick for your candle. Any time you make a change, no matter how insignificant, you must test the wick again to be sure that it still burns correctly. Because every candle is different and every candle maker has different procedures for making their candles, EAP Innovations is unable to offer wick advice. However, we do offer sample packs of wicks at a very reasonable cost so that you can perform your own testing.
